I believe that healthy, appropriate touch is paramount to any individual thriving.  Touch has been well researched and studied to conclude that it is a high priority need for human beings.  I believe that when a person seeks a massage, they are looks to have a therapeutic impact on either surface tissues or deeper tissues of their musculature.  My goal is to provide massage and bodywork that honors each client's needs and preferences as I address their present concerns.
I enjoy being able to affect a person in a very tangible way.  I believe that massage is one approach and tool out of many that can be incorporated in a person's life to live a healthy, well functioning life that is full of mobility.  I enjoy the work of being active as a massage therapist, and considering the many factors of working with our amazing bodies.
